Training Camps
Dear Students and Future Students! ☺
As in previous years, we would like to organize a training camp for you again this year. Those who have already attended know what to expect, while for those who have not, here is a little preview:
Location: Schladming-Dachstein region
Duration: Long weekend – 4 days, 3 nights
Accommodation: Most likely in Tunzendorf, in 4-person apartments with twin bedrooms
We will start the camp on Thursday afternoon with an easy warm-up run. On Friday, a longer trail run awaits us, followed by an optional afternoon program. On Saturday morning, we will complete a shorter run so that we still have enough energy for an evening headlamp run. On Sunday morning, we will finish the camp with a pleasant jog before departure.
During the camp, there will also be opportunities for personal consultations. We will review your TrainingPeaks data together and discuss any questions or topics that are currently important to you.
Of course, besides running, there will be opportunities for other activities, hiking, shared dinners, and team-building programs.
